All services must be paid before sessions or programs begin.
Refunds are not guaranteed but may be offered if DMM cancels and cannot reschedule.
For subscription services, please cancel at least 7 days before renewal to avoid charges.

Clients are expected to treat sessions and communication with respect.
Any form of harassment, abuse, or negativity may lead to service termination without refund.
